Introductory Call:
I offer a free 20 minute introductory call to anyone thinking about working with me. This is a chance for you to experience how it feels to talk with me and to decide whether I might be the right counsellor for you. It is also an opportunity for me to learn a little about you and what you are looking for, so that together we can begin thinking about how we might work collaboratively. This might be through In Person Sessions or Online Sessions, or a blend of the two as further explained below.
There is no pressure or obligation to continue - it’s simply the first step towards deciding what kind of support feels right for you.
Introductory call: Free
Following our introductory call I can offer one-to-one sessions, for adults (18+), in Wimbledon or Clapham, in comfortable, clean and inviting spaces that provide a confidential environment for our work.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, the length and frequency of your therapy is something we will decide together, based on your individual needs, goals and preferences.
Alongside talking therapy, I can also offer a range of creative approaches to support your exploration, such as working with colour, mindfulness, grounding exercises, drawing, metaphor and visualisation. These can be helpful ways to express thoughts and feelings that might be difficult to put into words, and can bring a different depth to the therapeutic process.

Following our introductory call, you may decide that online sessions are the best fit for you. Online therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, making it easier to fit sessions around your lifestyle and access support from the comfort of your home - or wherever works best for you.
Sessions are held via secure video platforms (Microsoft Teams or Zoom) and last 50 minutes. When choosing online therapy, it is important to consider your privacy, safety and confidentiality, both physically and online. This is so you can create a safe and comfortable space for yourself during our work together.
I hold a certificate in facilitating online therapy, which means I’m trained to work safely and effectively in an online environment. Creative approaches can also be woven into online sessions if this feels right for you - for example, using metaphor, visualisation or other simple techniques to support exploration and expression.
